I made this simple sauce with heaps of garlic (four or five cloves), fresh parsley from the garden, lemon rind as well as juice, and almost doubled the amount of butter for LOTS of sauce. We had a generous amount on a simple dinner of white fish and broccoli. Divine! Love the salty caper flavour, which held its own next to all the garlic! Will definitely make this again.
