    Salt and freshly cracked pepper

I used rump steak for this recipe but you can use any favourite steak of choice. Sirloin steak is a popular choice.

    Fresh garlic cloves minced

    Fresh parsley finely chopped

ingredients needed for the recipe, beef chunks, herb de provence, olive oil, salt and black pepper

    How to make garlic butter

To a small plate or mixing bowl, add butter, finely chopped parsley, garlic and mix to combine. The herb butter can be used immediately or kept in the fridge until needed. I mostly wrap the butter in a cling film (plastic bag) into a log shape or rectangle. I then cut it into cubes on the steak while it is still hot.

I have tried steak bites similar to your recipe and lo ed them. Next time I will try them your way. I also have done cauliflower and potato crisps in the air frier. As I am a widow with kids allngrown, I usually am cooking only for myself.
