    Air fryer turkey burger recipe

When your turkey burger tastes better than a beef burger then you know you have hit a jackpot. This is exactly how I felt when I made these burgers, it is simple to make yet delicious. The avocado in the meat makes it moist and delicious. I mentioned when I shared my round-up for healthy recipes to make in January that I would be embracing healthy eating this year.

Hence my ground turkey burger is served with salad as supposed to the regular burger bun or hamburger. It is my way of showing you that this meal can be enjoyed without bun or chips. That said, don’t let me stop you if you would rather serve this the traditional way with bun, lettuce, burger sauce and some cheese.

Enough of me, back to my air fryer turkey burger recipe. If you have had turkey burger before, you’ll be probably worried the burgers may turn out dry. Well, it is not the case with this recipe, because they are perfectly cooked. Let me show you how to cook turkey burgers that is moist, juicy and flavourful in easy steps.
