Butter: I used unsalted butter, if using salted butter make sure to adjust the overall salt that will be added accordingly. Add the cubed butter to a small mixing bowl and microwave it for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until the butter has melted.
To the melted butter, add mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic granules, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, and chopped parsley.
Whisk to combine, taste, and adjust seasoning accordingly. Add black pepper and salt only if needed, I added salt to taste since I am using unsalted butter.
