Pat the thin pork chops with a kitchen paper towel to draw out moisture.
Drizzle olive oil on the pork chops, then add the seasoning and rub into the meat, ensuring both sides are well coated.
Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. You can cook in batches if need be.
Cook at 400F/ 200C for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
Remove the pork chops immediately from the air fryer basket and transfer them to a plate so they don't dry out. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
Note: Depending on the doneness you are aiming for, according to the USDA, the internal temperature of pork chops should register at least 145°F / 63C when checked with a meat thermometer. I am a well-done meat kinda girl, so mine registers higher than the recommended temperature.

How long to cook thin pork chops in air fryer
The cooking time for thin boneless pork chops in the air fryer can vary depending on the thickness of the pork chops and the brand of your air fryer. Generally, it takes between 4-6 minutes at 400F/200C to cook thin pork chops in an air fryer. Flipping the pork chops halfway through the cooking time is important to ensure even cooking. My pork chops are about 1cm (about ½ inch) thick.
When cooking in batches, transfer the next batch to the air fryer right after taking out the first one. Reduce the cooking time by 1 to 2 minutes from the original 6 minutes to prevent overcooking.
Tips
- For best results, make sure the pork chops are not crowded in the air fryer basket. This will ensure even cooking and crispy edges.
- You can also marinate the pork chops for a few hours or overnight for more flavor. Refrigerate them in a ziplock bag with the marinade before cooking.
- Feel free to adjust the seasoning according to your preference. You can also add some cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
- Don't have an air fryer? No problem! You can still make these thin pork chops in the oven. Preheat your oven to 400°F/200C, season as instructed, and cook for 12-15 minutes. There is no need to flip halfway through the cooking time.
