How to make air fryer salmon and asparagus
Preheat your air fryer to 400F/200C for 3-5 minutes.
In a small bowl, add the salmon ingredients and stir to combine.
Pat dry the salmon fillets with a paper towel, brush with olive oil and then season with the seasoning mix.
Arrange the salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, add the asparagus tips to a shallow wide bowl, drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil over it, and season with salt and black pepper. Roll in the oil seasoning to combine.
After 5 minutes, remove the air fryer basket and add the asparagus. Place the basket back in the air fryer and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, flipping the asparagus halfway through the cooking time or until the salmon is cooked and flakes easily with a fork.
Once done, remove the salmon and asparagus from the air fryer and transfer to a plate. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and a sprinkle of fresh parsley for freshness. Enjoy!

Tips
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket
- I used asparagus tips for this recipe; it is a lot finer and thinner than asparagus spears, hence the 3-minute cooking time. If you are using asparagus spears, then add them to the air fryer at the same time as the salmon.
