I love cooking vegetables in my air fryer whether fresh or frozen and asparagus is one of my favorites. Today's recipe is so easy to make and requires just a few ingredients. I also love the fact that this vegetable can be cooked straight from frozen, without needing to defrost it first.
It is quick and easy, healthy (you only need a little bit of oil ), low-carb, and keto-friendly. Cooking vegetable in the air fryer saves you time and energy. This is a quick recipe and it's perfect for busy weeknights or weekends.

What you'll need
To cook parmesan asparagus in your little gadget you will need the following
Fresh asparagus
Parmesan
Garlic granules
Olive oil
Salt and black pepper
Lemon juice
How to cook asparagus in air fryer
Wash the asparagus and pat dry with a kitchen paper towel and cut off the tough woody ends. Transfer the asparagus into a large bowl or rimmed tray for easy access.
Preheat the air fryer to 400F/200C for 3-5 minutes.
Season the asparagus with garlic granules, olive oil, salt, and black pepper and mix until each spears is well coated
Arrange the asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook at 400F/200C for 7-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, 2 minutes to the end of the cooking time, sprinkle some freshly grated parmesan cheese on the asparagus, and continue for another 1-2 minutes.
Transfer to a serving plate, and sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Serve and enjoy!!!
