Cajun seasoning: I used my homemade Cajun seasoning and which is made of oregano, smoked paprika, thyme, onion powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.

How to make cajun potatoes in air fryer
Scrub and wash the baby potatoes clean. Pat them dry and cut them into halves. Transfer the potatoes to a bowl.
Preheat the air fryer to 380F /190C for 3-5 minutes
Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes, add salt and, black pepper and cajun seasoning.
Toss to combine. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with oil, then carefully arrange the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overlapping.
Air fry the potatoes for 15 - 20 minutes or until fork tender and crispy on the edges, giving the air fryer basket a shake halfway through the cooking time.
Serve and enjoy as is or with any dipping sauce of your choice.

Preheat the oven to 425F / 220C.
Cut the potatoes into even sizes and pat them dry completely before you season.
Arrange the potatoes on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer, preferably the cut side down.
Roast for 20 - 25 minutes or until fork tender and fluffy on the inside. There is no need to flip them. Serve and enjoy!
Tips
- If you do not like Cajun seasoning, you should try this roast potato seasoning, roasted vegetable seasoning, or all-purpose seasoning. They are mild and not spicy at all.
- You can use any type of potatoes for this recipe: red potatoes or large ones. If using large potatoes, ensure you cut them into similar sizes so that they cook evenly.
How to store
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can also freeze these air fried potatoes for up to 3 months, but I prefer not to.
Reheat in the air fryer at 360F /180C for 3-5 minutes or until heated through to your liking. You can spray the top of the potatoes with oil for a crispier result.
