No, you can't use parchment paper to make roasted garlic in the air fryer as it will not withstand the high temperatures and can cause a fire.

What can I do if my roasted garlic is not softening

If your roasted garlic is not softening, it could be that the air fryer is set too high or too low hence resulting in false cooking. Also, it could just mean you haven't cooked it long enough.

    Can you freeze roasted garlic

Yes, you can freeze roasted garlic in the freezer for up to 3 months, longer at your discretion. Simply place the roasted cloves in an airtight container or a Ziploc bag and freeze. When you are ready to use them, let them thaw at room temperature.
