One pot cheeseburger pasta recipe
Get cozy this season with this delicious and creamy cheeseburger pasta recipe. Made with a few ingredients, it's ready under 30 minutes!
This recipe got my family talking for days. The combination of perfectly cooked pasta, seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and a medley of savory spices creates a harmony of flavors that will transport you to the world of your favorite cheeseburger but in pasta form.
It is a better version of Hamburger Helper. This recipe features everything you will find in your favorite cheeseburger but without the bread roll. The burger sauce (my secret ingredients that take this dish up a notch), melty cheese, beef stock for that rich beefy flavor, and other pantry staple ingredients.
Serve with homemade garlic bread for an extraordinary experience. It is absolutely delicious. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

What you will need
Small shell pasta: I used Conchiglie pasta, but you can use any small-shaped pasta such as elbow macaroni or cavatappi.
Ground beef: lean ground beef is best for this recipe. You can also use ground turkey or chicken for a healthier option.
Milk: I used full-fat milk. Substitute with semi-skimmed milk or half and half for a richer taste.
Sharp cheddar yellow cheese: It gives the dish a better flavor and is not overly processed like yellow cheese slices. Substitute with cheeseburger cheese (yellow cheese slices)
Onion
Garlic
Oregano: It compliments the beef perfectly
Ground beef seasoning: This is my homemade ground beef seasoning recipe made with onion granules, garlic granules, smoked paprika, mustard powder, red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper. Check the full ground beef seasoning recipe for the actual measurement. Substitute with any other seasoning of your choice.
Chopped tomatoes
Unsalted butter
Burger sauce: this is also my homemade burger sauce with mayo, but it absolutely delicious. Substitute with yellow mustard or any other burger sauce of your choice.
Low sodium beef stock: It adds a rich and deep flavor to the dish. You can use chicken or vegetable stock if preferred, but beef stock will enrich the beef flavor.
Salt and black pepper

Add the chopped onions and saute until soft and translucent.
Add ground beef, break it up in the aromatics, and cook until fully browned.
Season with oregano, ground beef seasoning, and garlic. Stir to combine and cook for 30 seconds.
