Sour cream pasta! Tangy, rich, and delicious: in my daughter's words, 'This soured cream pasta is mildly tangy and delicious.' She is right, and I am sure you will agree with her when you take the first mouthful of this creamy pasta. Serve with a side of an everyday salad and garlic bread for a wholesome meal.
This creamy pasta dish is absolutely divine and comforting. No wonder it's a family favorite! It's a perfect addition to any dinner menu, whether it's a family meal or entertaining guests. This will fill you up nicely! Plus, it's great for quick weeknight dinners, ready in just 20 minutes from kitchen to table. More importantly, most of the ingredients you may already have on hand.
PS: Sour cream is also known as "soured cream" in some parts of the world. It is a dairy product made by fermenting heavy cream with lactic acid bacteria. This process gives it a tangy taste and thick texture.
