Cook the chicken
Now preheat the oven to 400F/200C then prepare the oven-safe baking dish or line a rimmed baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Once you are ready to cook the chicken, transfer it to the prepared baking dish or tray and bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the internal temperature registers 165F/74C.
Remove the cooked chicken breast from the baking dish or tray and transfer unto a plate to rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing it. That way, the juices will redistribute within the chicken for a juicy and tender result. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy.
