Ingredients
  

  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Soften your butter and place it in a bowl.
  • Add minced garlic, cajun seasoning, and lemon juice (if using) to the softened butter. Mix everything together with a spatula until all of the ingredients are well incorporated.
    or you use a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or a hand mmixer if you prefer.
  • Transfer to a presentation bowl and use immediately or wrap in parchment paper and store in the freezer to harden up and use as desired.
