  • 1 Fresh lime sliced
  • 2-3 spring mint leaves or as needed
  • Ice: This is optional if you would not be serving the drink immediately.
  • 1 litre Water

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the pineapple into small chunks.
  • Add the fresh pineapple chunks to a pitcher or jug followed by ice (if using), lime slices, and mint.
  • Fill the pitcher with cold water and stir for a few seconds.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse. Serve over ice and enjoy!

Notes

Tips
  • Make sure to chill the pineapple water in the fridge for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.
  • You can add more or less fruit and vegetables to taste.
  • Use fresh fruits and vegetables for best results, it is also important that you use ripe pineapple for this recipe.
  • If you would be serving the pineapple water much later, skip the lime until 30 minutes before serving as it can give the water a slightly bitter taste.
