  • 1 stick butter softened 110g
  • ½ Tablespoon garlic minced 2-3 fresh garlic cloves
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley chopped


  • Finely chop or mince the garlic and parsley
  • To a bowl add softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley and mix to combine with a fork, spatula, or hand mixer.
  • Transfer the flavored butter to parchment paper then roll it into a log and twist it at both ends to seal like you would with a candy wrapper.
  • Place it in the fridge until needed, keep it in the fridge for up to 1 week and up to 6 months in the freezer.


  • For finely minced garlic use a Microplane grater
  • Use roasted garlic for a more mellow flavor
