Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise: full fat or reduced fat to make it healthier
  • 2 tablespoon sriracha or as needed
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a medium size mixing bowl, cover with a plastic fil or a cling film.
  • Place it in the fridge for about 30 minutes for the flavours to meld or serve immediately.

How to store
For the best result, transfer the spicy mayo into a squeeze bottle or an airtight container and store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or longer. Please do not leave it out overnight, always keep it in the fridge at all times and under the right temperature.
