Mango Pineapple Smoothie

This thick and creamy mango pineapple smoothie is refreshing, healthy, and filling! Packed full of nutrients, this naturally sweetened smoothie is great for breakfast or snacks.

  • cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt: use any of the following Greek yogurt plain yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk


  • Place frozen mango, pineapple, yogurt and almond milk in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth
    NB: If the smoothie is too thick to your liking, add more almond milk to thin it out.
  • Serve in glasses and enjoy.


  • Substitute yogurt with banana for a creamy consistency.
  • If using fresh fruits, reduce the milk by half or omit completely and replace it with some ice
  • Use a high-powered blender that can crush the frozen fruits conveniently.
  • The smoothie should be sweet enough as it is however if prefer it sweeter add some honey or maple syrup to taste.
Storage instructions
This tropical smoothie is best served immediately especially if you used frozen fruits. However, it can be kept in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Give the smoothie a good shake to combine.
