Air Fryer Frozen Fish Sticks (Fish Fingers)

Ajoke
Air fryer frozen fish sticks! It is convenient, quick and easy to make and comes out crispy at all times. No need to wait around for the fish to thaw and no oil is needed too.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 10 frozen fish sticks

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer at 200C/400F for 3 minutes. This is optional but as I mentioned above, if you don’t cook at the right temperature the fish might come out soggy.
  • Arrange the fish fingers in the air fryer basket making sure they are not overlapping. Leave space in between them for proper air circulation.
  • Cook for 8 minutes at 200C/400F, flipping halfway through. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  •  Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. I am using Cosori 5.7L XL and you can fit 12 fish fingers in the basket conveniently. Adjust the numbers to suit the size of your basket without overcrowding.
  • Don’t overlap or stack the fish fingers when cooking, the fish would not cook evenly this way and it will turn out soggy.
  • Flip the fish sticks once during the cooking time.
  • Don’t leave the frozen fish out on the counter for longer than necessary before cooking. For optimum result, cook the fish directly from the freezer into the air fryer.
