Eggless banana mug cake recipe! This tasty microwave dessert is simple, healthy and only takes about 2 minutes tops to make. This recipe can be made with just 5 ingredients, it is vegetarian and vegan!

Instructions
To a mug, add one small banana or half of a big one and mash until almost smooth. To the same mug, add milk, vegetable oil and mix to combine. Then add brown sugar, mix to combine.
To the wet ingredients, add 4 tablespoons plain flour, salt, baking soda, mixed spice and mix gently until fully combined. Lastly, crumble some walnuts and gently fold into the mix.
Microwave between 1 to 2 minutes or until the cake is no longer wet

Remember, not all microwave and mugs are made the same. If after microwaving for 45 seconds and it is still wet, microwave for another 30 seconds or until the cake is well done.
