Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup passata
  • 150 g tomato paste 3/4 cup
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons garlic granules
  • ½ tablespoon dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, add passata, tomato puree, basil, oregano, garlic granules, salt and sugar. Using a hand whisk, whisk the sauce together until well combined.
  • Use on pizza dough as desired and store the remaining for use later.

How to store
  • This sauce keeps well in the fridge even without the addition of olive oil for up to 7 days or even longer.
  • To store in the freezer: portion into batches about half a cup and freeze for up to 6 months.
