Instructions
First, you turn on your instant pot to the sauté function, add oil and heat until hot, add the chopped onions to the hot oil and sauté until soft and translucent.
Add the ground beef to the sautéed onion and Cook until Brown. Followed by the taco seasoning, beef bouillon and stir to combine. Decant excess oil from browned beef is need be then cover with the tomato sauce and stir to combine.
Secure the lid of the instant pot and turn the valve to sealing position. Cook ground beef at high pressure for 8 minutes and once it is done, do 5 minutes natural release or quick release if in a hurry. Carefully open the lid and stir the meat, serve as desired.
Note: if there seems to be a lot of liquid in the meat, use the sauté function to let the liquid boil off. Stir continuously to avoid burning the taco meat.
