Mason jar or cocktail shaker or blender shaker cup
Ingredients
2shots espresso A shot of espresso is between 30 to 44ml.
½cupOat milk or as needed
1tablespoonbrown sugar syrup see note
Ice as desired
Instructions
To a large cup or shaker, add brown sugar syrup, brewed espresso, cinnamon, ice, cover tightly then shake for a few seconds until frothy.
Transfer the shaken espresso with the ice to a serving glass, add more ice then top with cold oat milk. Stir if desired, drink and enjoy!

How to make brown sugar syrup Brown Sugar syrup is made with brown sugar and water. The common ratio is 1:1, i.e equal part of water and sugar or use 1 ½ cup of sugar to 1 cup of water. add water and brown sugar to a small saucepan, place on medium heat and stir until dissolved. reduce the heat and bring to a boil for another 5 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved. leave to cool then store in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks or longer in the fridge. Don’t own a coffee machine or an espresso maker. No problem simply make a cup of strong brewed instant coffee.
Use decaffeinated coffee to make it caffeine-free iced coffee.
If 3 shots of espresso is too strong for you then adjust to taste.
