This simple baked honey sriracha wings is so tasty, crispy you would think it was fried. The delicious honey sriracha sauce is so yummy, it is spicy, sticky, and sweet at the same time. This chicken wings recipe is what you need on your table on a Friday night or when you are hosting a party or a small get together.

Dry spices ingredients

1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoongarlic powder

1tablespoonaluminium free baking powderplease note that baking powder is not the same as baking soda
Honey sriracha sauce
⅓cuphoney
⅓cupsriracha or use according to preference
1tablespoonApple cider vinegarsubstitute for rice wine or white vinegar
Instructions
Prep the chicken wings: make sure you bring the chicken wing to room temperature before baking. Pat the wings dry with a kitchen towel so that it is moist free. Preheat the oven at 160C/320F and line a baking tray with an aluminium foil, then place a baking rack on it.
To a small bowl, add smoked paprika, garlic powder, ginger powder, onion powder, baking powder, salt, ground black pepper and mix to combine.
Add the dry spice mix to the chicken wings and mix to combine making sure the wings are well coated with the spice mix.
Place the seasoned chicken wings on the baking rack (baking tray) making sure it is not overcrowded for proper air circulation/distribution and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, take it out of the oven and flip to the other side then continue to bake for another 15 minutes.
Bring out the wings from the oven one last time, flip sides again and return to the oven and continue to bake for 10 minutes on 180C/365F.
Take the chicken wings out of the oven and transfer to a bowl then make the honey sriracha sauce
to make the sauce: add the vinegar to the sriracha and mix to combine then pour the mixture into the honey and mix until well combined. Pour the sauce over the baked chicken wings and toss to combine.
Garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds and serve immediately,
