How to make a perfect cheese plate! have you ever been to an event or party and you wonder how they were able to build that beautiful cheese board? Well, I am here to tell you that it’s easy and you can make your own cheese platter in 10 minutes or less depending on how many people you are catering for.

Equipment

  • a cheese board

Ingredients
  

Cheeses

  • 200 G Brie 7 oz
  • 300 g Red Leicester 10 oz
  • 300 g Wensleydale any flavour 10 oz
  • 300 g sharp cheddar 10 oz
  • 200 g Blue stilton 7 oz

Fruits and crackers

  • Strawberry
  • Grapes
  • Cherries
  • Olives
  • Crackers and bread of any choice

Charcuterie

  • Prosciutto
  • Salami
  • Pepperoni

Dips and Spreads

  • Cranberry cream cheese

Garnish

  • Rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Place the cheeses and bowls (if using) on the cheeseboard and arrange as desired
  • Fill the remaining gaps with charcuterie, fruits, crackers and garnish with rosemary.

Notes

  • Cut the hard and semi-hard cheeses into cubes or slices or crumble to bite-size chunks.
  • If using cheese knives, use a knife per cheese to avoid mixing the flavours together.
