Instructions
To an airtight lid jar, add red wine vinegar, olive oil, dijon mustard, onion powder, sugar, Italian seasoning, salt, lemon juice and black pepper. Cover the lid tightly and shake well until the ingredients are combined.
Next, place the chicken breasts in a Ziploc bag or an airtight plastic (BPA free) container
Pour the marinade over your chicken, seal the bag then massage it to evenly coat the chicken.
Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes or up to 6 hours in the fridge before cooking.PS: Bring out the chicken about 15 minutes before cooking so that it comes to room temperature. If marinating for just 15 to 30 minutes then you can place the bag on the countertop.

How to useUse ⅓ cup of Italian dressing on 2.2lb (1kg) of chicken breast. Note: I don't add garlic to my Italian dressing so that it can last longer in the fridge. Without the addition of garlic, this marinade will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
