Air Fryer Kielbasa (Polish Sausage)

Learn how to cook kielbasa in an air fryer! These delicious kielbasa slices are quick and easy to make. The only hard work here is slicing the polish sausages before you cook them in the air fryer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound kielbasa
  • ½ Tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer at 190C/385F for 3 minutes.
  • Using a sharp knife, slice your Polish sausage into rounds or at a bias to about 5mm thickness.
  • Transfer the sausages to a bowl, drizzle the olive oil on the top them toss to combine.
  • Arrange the sliced kielbasa in the preheated air fryer.
  • Cook for a total of 8-9 minutes until piping hot and slightly caramelized flipping them or shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Use a slotted spoon to remove it from the air fryer basket and transfer it to a plate (save and use the air fryer drippings in other dishes). Let it cool slightly before serving it. Enjoy!

Notes

Note: remove the sausage casing if you prefer a better texture when you are eating it, especially if serving to a toddler. That said most kielbasa casings are easily digestible and not hard to chew.
