How long to cook turkey steaks in air fryer
The cooking time of turkey steaks in the air fryer will depend on the thickness of the steak. Here in the UK, the thickness of turkey steaks is usually around 1cm and always less than 1 inch thick and that is for a thicker steak. An average cooking time in the air fryer is around 5-10 minutes at 190C/385F flipping it halfway through.
For safe consumption, the steaks must be fully cooked to at least 165F/74C internally. Use a meat thermometer to check the doneness of the steak. Alternatively, cut into the steak and it should be white and opaque with no trace of pink.
