Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb salmon fillets or sides skin removed and cut into similar bite sizes
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried dillweed
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200C/400F for 3 minutes
  • In a bowl add, cubed salmon, olive oil, dillweed, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper and mix to combine.
  • Transfer the seasoned salmon to the preheated air fryer basket and spread it out in a single layer.
  • Air fry the salmon bites for 5-7 minutes shaking the air fryer basket halfway through so that it cooks evenly and cooked through
  • Transfer the fish to a serving bowl, toss in your favorite sauce and enjoy!
