Lebanese 7 spice mix (or baharat) is a versatile blend of spices that can be used in many different dishes. Soups, chicken, beef, grains, salad, and many more. This all-purpose Middle eastern homemade spice blend is warm, earthy, aromatic, and flavorful.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tablespoon allspice
  • 1 Tablespoon cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon coriander
  • ½ Tablespoon cloves
  • ½ Tablespoon nutmeg
  • ½ Tablespoon cardamon
  • ½ Tablespoon black pepper.

  • Gather your ingredients
  • In a bowl, combine all the spices together. Mix well to combine and use immediately or store it in an airtight container or jar for future use.

Notes

PS: don't be afraid to adjust the spices to taste, be aware that some of the spices are potent and can easily overpower the overall taste of the seasoning blend. personally, I would go easy on clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon (if using)
