What you will need

Soy sauce: I used reduced soy sauce to reduce the amount of salt in the marinade.

Worcestershire sauce

Balsamic vinegar

Olive oil

Brown sugar

Ginger taste

Dried thyme

Garlic paste

Dried parsley

Dried oregano

Salt and black pepper

How to make steak kabobs marinade

It only takes less than 5 minutes to whip up this tasty marinade. Gathering all the ingredients needed before starting is best to make cooking easy for you around the kitchen. Here are the steps to make this marinade:

In a mixing bowl or a measuring jug, combine all the ingredients: Soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, ginger paste, garlic paste, dried thyme, dried parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to taste.

Whisk together until well combined and the brown sugar has dissolved.

Before you add the marinade to the beef, taste and adjust according to your preference by adding more or less of any ingredient.

Pour the marinade over your beef steaks in a ziplock bag, shallow plastic (BPA FREE), or glass dish.

Make sure to coat each piece of meat with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours before cooking. Enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ Tablespoon ginger taste
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic paste
  • ½ Tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 Tablespoon oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Notes

  • This marinade can be used for (cubed) steaks of up to 2lb
  • Please do not reuse the marinade unless you decide to cook it immediately to a safe temperature of 165F.
