    In a large bowl, add sliced cucumbers, thinly sliced onions, finely chopped cilantro, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, honey, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.

    Using two spoons gently toss everything together until evenly mixed, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes for the flavor to meld before serving. Enjoy!
