Why you will love this recipe
- Easy and straightforward 10-minute recipe: my steaks are fairly on the bigger sizes as I cut them myself (it is about 1½ inches thick). However, cooking time may vary depending on the size of your steaks and the level of doneness you prefer.
- Easily customizable: I seasoned the salmon steaks with old bay seasoning and other pantry staple spices. You can season yours however you prefer.
- Low-carb and protein-packed: Salmon, when eaten in moderation, is a great source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids.

How to make salmon steak
