You will need the following ingredients to make this tender and juicy air fryer cilantro chicken

How to make air fryer cilantro lime chicken
Make the marinade: To get started, combine the cilantro, garlic, lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, jalapeno, honey, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor and blend until well combined.
Marinate the chicken: Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl and pour the cilantro lime marinade over it. Mix everything together making sure the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes to 4 hours. You can freeze the chicken immediately if you’re not ready to cook it yet.
Air fry the chicken: Preheat your air fryer to 365F/180C for 3-5 minutes. Carefully place the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket skin side down and cook for 10 minutes. flip the chicken so that the skin side is up and continue to cook for another 10-25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reads 165F/75C when checked with a cooking thermometer.
Serve the air fryer cilantro lime chicken with your favorite sides and enjoy! Make sure you squeeze some additional lime juice over the chicken for extra flavor before serving.
How to store
Cooked chicken can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days in an airtight container. You can freeze for up to 3 months.
